Filtering Heather Honey

Heather honey is Thixotropic, which means it doesn't flow like other honey and remains in a jelly like state unless agitated.

We sold our hydro press last year to buy another piece of machinery but its nowhere near as effective at filtering heather honey.

We will buy another one next year to speeds things up again!
